Angel Flights

Will fly families for free for medical treatment in the United States. Angel Flight primarily serves patients needing transportation to or from the heartland region. As members of the Air Care Alliance, a group of organizations providing similar services throughout the United States. By coordinating with other organizations, Angel Flight can arrange transportation for patients on longer flights to other parts of the country outside of the Heartland region.

Angel Autism Network offers financial and emotional support to each individual child and family with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) with compassionate guidance, and delivery of therapies or services of that family’s choice. $500 maximum grants are available. Grants are typically between $100 and $5,000 to fund treatments for children who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Preference will be given to families who demonstrate incomes of $100,000/year and below, and to families with multiple children with autism spectrum disorder diagnosis.

PANDAS/PANS Advocacy and Support Grant

PANDAS/PANS Advocacy and Support’s mission is to build public awareness of PANDAS/PANS and provide support for families struggling with the medical, educational, social-emotional, and financial hardships of the disorder. As part of this mission, we are accepting grant applications for those in need.
Families with a child/children living with PANDAS/PANS who are facing financial difficulty due to the treatment and/or symptoms of their diagnosis. The beneficiary must also be able to prove U.S.residency.
Grant requests will only be accepted during the grant request periods of December 1-31 and June 1-30.
UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation Children’s Medical Grants
The UnitedHealthcare Children’s Foundation (UHCCF) helps families in need of financial assistance to help pay for their child’s health care treatments, services or equipment not covered, or not fully covered, by their commercial health insurance plan. Grants are available for medical expenses families have incurred 60 days prior to the date of application and for ongoing and future medical needs.To be eligible for a grant, children must be 16 years of age or younger. Families must meet economic guidelines, reside in the United States and have a commercial health insurance plan. Qualifying families can receive up to $5,000 per grant to help pay for medical services and equipment such as physical, occupational and speech therapy, counseling services, surgeries, prescriptions, wheelchairs, orthotics, eyeglasses and hearing aids.
